Before contacting support
Where do I start for a photo-to-AI gift?
Choose a real product from the shop first. Then upload photos from the product flow and checkout. AI generation starts only after payment confirmation.
Can I upload my own 3D model?
Yes. Use the separate 3D Print page. That flow starts only after you upload your own 3D model file.
How do bank transfer orders work?
Place the order, upload your bank transfer receipt, then wait for Ceylon 3D to verify it. Production and official invoice generation start after payment approval.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. For bank transfer orders, the invoice is issued after our team approves the payment. For secure card payments, the invoice is issued after successful payment confirmation.
Can I request a refund?
Personalised 3D printed products cannot normally be refunded after AI generation, file preparation or production starts. Damaged, defective or wrong items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Is delivery included in the product price?
No. Product and option pricing is shown first. Delivery is calculated separately at checkout based on the address or district.
What photos are best?
Clear front, side and full-body photos are best. Good lighting and sharp images help the AI photo quality checker and final 3D result.
